Remember the AC compressor is not spinning. If not found elsewhere, pay attention whether or not you hear it with the AC on or off (make sure you are not in any of the defrost modes).

I'll double check this but I'm sure it don't do that when the ac is on I'll double check here in a bit

Mines making a squeaky chirpy sound also. I changes with the engine idle. I am pretty sure mine is the power steering pump. Have you checked the fluid in it? Sounded in the video like it was coming from your power steering pump bearings.

I'll double check it last time I had issues with my brakes I double checked all the fluids the lib had and I'm sure it was fine

Ok found a groove on my power steering pulley that goes straight across, looks like a perfect slit, is this normal guy at AutoZone thinks it's a crack?

That's how the pulley is made. The ribbed portion starts out as a flat piece, then it's rolled to the curved shape and welded to the hub. The split is just where the two ends meet, and it's not going anywhere.

Ok found my power steering wheel fluid extremely low, I filled it with ATF4 and the noise still persist so I'm thinking about saying the he'll with it until something breaks

After filling, drive till operating temp then run the wheels from lock to lock a couple times - recheck fluid level.

If there's one valuable lesson that I've learned from maintaining my Jeeps is to replace the cheapest part first.

My vote is for replacing the idler pulley. It could make the noise you're hearing.

On my 04 Liberty when my idler pulley failed the belt simply fell off. Lost the water pump, the A/C and the power steering.

Typically when the alternator or water pump begin to fail it sounds much worse.

I vote for changing the belt and checking the pulllys too. And you can get one of those infrared thermometers to check the pullys while its running. If one is a lot hotter than the rest thats your cultrpit.
