Engine codes p0122 & p0139

Got a 2004 KJ 3.7L. its runs fine until randomly it will show codes p0139 and p0122.. (02 sensor slow response and tps low voltage)
When engine light comes on car rpm bounces around.
Then randomly start the car the next day and its fixed.
Have noticed they come on frequently when the car is at half a tank or less. And turns off shortly after filling up?

Cause these be related to the evap system? But i dont see how these codes will?

I doubt the problem is related to the EVAP. If you have access to a live data reading scanner, post the values you're getting from the TPS %, especially at the point when the CEL comes on. You could also back probe the terminals on the sensor to see if you're getting the proper voltages and ground.

When's the last time you replaced the O2 sensor on that side?
