Engine Light comes on after some work

Hey guys I had to replace the T-stat and the water pump in 02 KJ Sport, and i drove it half an hour home, let it sit for 45 mins, turned it on and that warning light came on. I hear like a chugging noise when i'm idling, and when i accelerate i cant push it further than 3000rpm without the engine stalling..any ideas?

a leak or air bubble??

Thats what i thought was an air bubble but if that was the case he was over heating the spot where the bubble was at.

hey guys, it was actually a wet wire that was causing a misfire in the 4th cylinder....i was so dumbfounded when my mechanic called me....but im glad that she is running fine now
