ESP BAS indicator-Happened again today
Driving along at 100 km/hr on dry pavement and the ESP/BAS light came on, along with the traction control light. Stayed on for the next 80 km. I had to make a stop, turned off the engine, when I started up again they didn't light up. Is there a short in the system or is an ESP sesor malfunctioning?

Possibly, are there any other lights on, ABS or TPMS etc. Wouldn't hurt to find the related sensors and make sure they are firmly connected. Just today I noticed my wife's cooling fan was unplugged. Maybe one of your sensors did too.
