However I have had no issues with manuals I have posted to other sites, so I want to share the knowledge. Anyone who wrenches on their own rig should have these. These are all the KJ/KK manuals I have, I have some other Jeep as well as Ram and LX manuals as well (not posting them, if you need, ask). Hopefully the mods won't take this down (maybe they'll sticky it!).

Therefor the manufacturer has no right to withhold the information from the consumer because it is part of the purchase. Its just a document that describes the safest method to remove and replace components that are described in great detail under their filed patents, which are public record. If the States can mandate ita drivers to get regular vehicle inspections as a condition of its citizens enjoyment of property then the manufacturer cannot withhold the instructions to safely maintain them as it would be a reckless endangerment. Chilton and Haynes however are valid literature and thus do have a valid copyright on their products.
