Does that stuff really work? I always wanted to try it.

Yup it sure does. Probably the only as seen on TV item that works.

Did my side mirrors, roof rails, the trim under the wipers, door handles, rear step (not sure what the proper term is), my spare tire cover.

The box also included sand paper to restore headlights. I did that too.

IT REALLY WORKS! Heck, I didn't even degrease or clean the trims as the instruction mentioned.

I haven't tried any interior trimming.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I think the cheapest is from walmart.

A little of the wipe new fluid goes a long way.

Thanks! Almost bought some from an "as seen on TV" section of a Boscov's in Albany and wimped out. I'll check our Walmart this week or our Boscov's down here.

Heat gun works, also I've used the foam tire cleaner you get from costco(that's where I get mine, also available everywhere).

Bert

I'll probably try the foam tire cleaner on another vehicle and compare. I've received some of this stuff as gifts over the years but usually just go with the Westley's Bleach White (if RWL) and then some Armor All. Might try the heat gun at some point since I have to pick up one for something else.

wipe new acts like a sealant so to speak so it brings the black out and seals it for longevity.
Compared to other back to black etc, can't beat wipe new.
It has been amount 6-7 months now.

i'll try to take some pictures today if I have time.

I think it's like 10-15 dollars.
Again, you only need like a little on the applicator (microfiber) cloth and just wipe it on.
As you wipe, it goes from a dull finish to a glossy/shinny looking finish.

I don't have any gray trims so I can't comment on how well it works on that.

I use meguiar's intimate black. It does a great job and lasts several washings. It's not to harsh either. Read online about wipe new, there's several reviews and some warnings. I chose not to use it. The biggest thing with all products is they won't last if you run it through automatic car washes and use the wax option. Waxes discolor plastics. If I run mine through a car wash in winter and get the sealant/wax, I know I'll be redoing the trim. If I wash it myself using a car wash without wax in it, the plastic stays nice for several washings.

Like I said about wipe new, it acts like a sealant.
You just need to do it once unlike other products, this will last FOREVER (mostly I hope).
Oh and it'll survive automatic car washes.
If you get trail scratches that aren't deep scratches, reapply and it is brand new again.

Not the best pics cause me jeep is dirty and it was in the afternoon. Note the headlight was hazy and you could not even see the reflector and light bulb. This was with sanding with the provided 2k/3k grid sand paper and applying new wipe.

Going strong since Oct 2014.

One advise I would give is, actually clean up the trim before you using it. I had a faint oil stain on the trim by the wipers, like I mentioned, I didn't clean up the trim and that faint stain is there indefinitely. I'll have to sand paper it up if I want it out but it's real faint and I'm not **** about it.
like I said, it's a sealant.

I testify it works brothers and sisters!! Hallelujah!
