Floor plugs??

Why no floor drain plugs in a Jeep?? I must have my little boy eyes on because I can't drain the water outa my floorboards.
Someone know..? Before I drill holes...

I do not know but year and model helps members. Nothing surprisess me.

My 05 has some small ones in the front footwell area. They're small and covered with sticky foam rubber. Mine dried out and allowed water in up from the tires on rainy days.
