Fresh wax!

Finally broke down and waxed 'er. Man was it in need. The applicator pad was black when I was done. I used Mother's cleaner wax. Smells good!

That's how it came. It's the red rockymountain edition.

Oh i thought that you might have bought them off of a Freedom Edition! I need to Clay bar and Wax mine now! Damn that thing looks good (dropmouth)

Looks good! I just did the same thing to mine last week, used the same Mother's wax/cleaner, and the pad was black when I was finished.

Red is just a damn sexy color.:D

Oh yea... just wait!!

I think my next project will be to recondition the 3rd brake light cover. That thing is completely hazed over! :eek: Buffing wheel, here we come!

About that 3rd brake light. Ive polished mine a few times and it ends up hazing over again. Not sure what it is about that light that makes it do that. Looks good for awhile though!

Do you live in New England? Saw a red Rocky the other day and had to do a double take. First time I've EVER seen one in real life.

Same for me. I have wetsanded it and polished it back up like I have done every other lense in my life, but it hazes back up.

I don't get it.
