Hey Everyone,
Looking for a solution. I have an intermittent bumping/vibration in my front end passenger side when driving. Normally only occurs when I start driving and then goes away but not always. I have replaced all ball joints, tie rods, steering rack. Got a recent alignment. And when I put in 4hi it also seems to go away. Check the CVUSC axel and there’s some play on the casing side to the T case not sure if that play is normal. Steering is not affected. Feel very minor vibration in the wheel when issue is occurring. Please help any advice is good advice in my books.

Had this on my wife's car, TPMS sensor had come off the valve stem and was loose inside the tyre, might be worth checking.

I have also had odd vibrations from worn / dry CV joints, check your axle shafts and the one on the front propshaft.

Mine did that many years ago and it was a worn out intermediate shaft where the CV slides on. I had to get a new shaft and a new CV joint since I couldn't get the CV joint off of the shaft. That was in 2008 and when I replaced it, I packed it full of grease. Took it apart in 2020 and the grease was still in there but I added more, of course. Just a bad setup having a dry joint like that. Obviously grease fixed the issue but there is no way to add any without taking it part.

I do recall mine only clunking when turning. It didn't really have much play when pushing the CV joint around, just a guess and replace.
