Gas tank

I'm looking into swapping my gas tank on my KK Liberty with either one from a TJ or KJ. I currently have a TJ tank in my garage. But the fitment seems to be just off. So I'm looking into a KJ tank. If anyone has the nominal dimensions for an 06/07 tank, that would be great. Thanks.

Interesting. Why the swap to a rear tank?

I have always wondered if a KJ tank would fit back there, but not as a replacement for the main tank but as a long range extender. I was thinking an auxiliary fuel tank.

Want to do a 4 link rear. Part of a pipe dream of solid swapping. The Long Arm KK had it done, but JBA won't comment on it.
