I have 2011 Jeep Liberty, I just replaced Front both sides: Upper control arm (JBA), inner and outer tie rods (trq) and spring and strut (rough country 2.5 lift)
Rear both sides: springs and shocks (rough country 2.5 lift).

After replacing those items, I went to pull the vehicle out of the garage and the brakes were hard to press and slow to stop. Any suggestion as to the cause of the issue and what needs to be done would be greatly appreciated.

Caliper binding / or not re-installed correctly
Pinched brake line / hose
Brake line in the frame damaged when you were doing UCA’s (on the KJ - that funky captive nut with a flag to keep in place can and will clip the brake line if it gets away from you. Not sure on KK - never saw one up close and personal.

Did you remove the brake calipers when you did the work? If you didn't, I suspect you kinked or damaged your brake lines. This can happen if the brake lines are stretched and are actually holding up the Steering Knuckle due to the brake calipers still being installed. Especially when you are replacing the Upper Control Arm. It's good practice to remove the calipers and hang them off the UCA when performing this type of work. ;)

Thank you! This is probably the issue as I didn’t remove the caliper. Gonna check it out and update. Back on stands it goes.

Pulled the wheels back off. The first 4 photos are the drivers side the last 3 are the Passenger side. No kinks or cracks on the lines. Should I attempt to bleed the brakes?

If the hard brake lines look good focus on the rubber flex lines. They aren't designed to be collapsed or kinked. If they are kinked on the inside this would restrict flow causing a hard brake pedal and a caliper that is slow to release. You can verify flow by bleeding the brakes.

good luck

Found the issue! lol I knocked off this line to the brake booster trying to get the rear bolt on for the upper control arm. Glad I found this before I started tearing things apart again.
