I just got a 2002 jeep liberty 3.7l sport and what can i do to my jeep to get better mpg?

Nothing really in terms of upgrades. Make sure you have a clean air filter, oil changed frequently, and maybe clean out the throttle body. These engines are what they are.

Take as much dead weight off of and out of the Jeep, and plan your road trips where you'll have a good tail-wind!

I fold the mirror when driving into a headwind, and put them out when I have a tail wind. I bet I've saved upwards of a pint of gas since I've owned the KJ.

You have questions and we have answers...granted these may not be good answers; but answers none-the-less.
