Help Please -Coil pack Thread/Nut size

Okay I'm trying to do what yall have said and take the whole stud out. I unscrewed it to a point where I can lift it freely about a quarter in and it can be pulled and pushed back in. It doesn't seem to want to come out though... how much force do I have to use?

Nevermind guys. I got one of them to come out. The idk what you wanna call it. Washer sheath thing was stuck good got it out, unstuck and replace with a new coil. Thanks all. 2 more to go.
