Somewhere between being sane and insane!
A better way is go to a parts store and pic up a Haynes or Chiltons repair manual for the KJ.Either one is good since they are made by the exact same poeple.Read through it and most of your ?'s will be answered.

If you label exactly what you want to be named would be easier also.

thanks alot. im going downstaris right now to look and stuff.

Ok, first pick from top to bottom,

1) engine air intake
2) intake manifold (here air is distributed to each of the 6 cylinders)
3) rocker cover, underneath are valves and camshaft / Wiring is probably of injectors

2nd pic
I don't know what that thing is, maybe something to do with ABS? (don't have it:eek:)

Fuse box: open the cover to see what is what. Its written on it.

3d pic

The plastic tank with the steel cap is your coolant reservoir, keep level between min. and max. Never open when HOT!

Thing on the left is Motormanagment computer. ( the 'brains' of engine injection/ignition control)

2nd PIC:

Driver side fender is the PCM (Power control module). The computer for the engine.

3rd PIC:

Mounted on firewall is the overflow tank.
Mounted on the passenger side fender is the computer for the 2002 ******. Your Jeep doesn't have this, yours is a 2004.

Yea, are those pics of your Jeeps engine? Because thats either an 02 or 03 engine.

Also, we figured out that just because you have the ****** controller on the passenger side fender, that doesnt mean you have the 45rfe.

edit: Just noticed the red Jeep isnt yours.

X2....read the manuals, heck even your owners manual will tell you a lot. Google is also your friend.
