How do you stuff large tires in there without cutting the whole flair out.

You don't , you can go so far then thats why you need bumpstops
You can trim some of the flares on the inside of the fenderwell on the rear for more clearance.
and of course proper backspacing helps as well

blew a shock on this one by not having the right bumpstops back in 06

Bump stops use them,I did a number on my SuperSwampers by not having them in rear.

35" tire stuff nicely,the pic below is pretty close to full stuff but not all the way there yet as trying to man handle 550lbs to take a pic is not very easy and it still can go another 3/4"-1" upwards before hitting anything.I still get 13" of travel with 6.5" of bumpstop,2.5" on the axle and 4" in the upper spring cup.

Testing, found out 2inches of bumpstop and 265-75s on 8 inch wheels
Not enough ..........

Ok. Great to know. I used bumpstop acos on my last jeep. Can they be used in a kj.
