It doesn't have the owners manual, is there a PDF version on the web?

The owners manual is hidden in a slot at the top of the glovebox - make sure you check there first. If you still don't have it, go to https://www.moparownerconnect.com/oc/US/en-us/sub/Pages/OwnersLogin.aspx , sign up and you'll get a link to the owner's manual in PDF format, along with the service record (as long as it was done at a Mopar dealership) and any recalls to be performed.
