HVAC fan not blowing...

Hopped in my jeep this morning, and the fan for the heat/ac doesnt blow at all!


anyone know what could cause this?

My guess is the fuse. If not make sure the connector is still attached to the blower. Finally make sure the switch is turned on.

If the fuse checks good, and you're making sure that the blower is actually set to the on position (we all have those days...) ....the resistor pack may be bad. Search on here, as it's happened to others.

I think there might be a relay somewhere too. No idea where it would be though. In the 2006 it is in the power distribution center.

Happened to me too, only 4th fan speed stopped working. Stealer told me is was a blower control resistor...replaced under warranty.

on mine the 1 and 2 come out at the same speed.

That sounds like something going out in the resistor pack. Does it do it on both normal and Max AC settings?

Yup, had the same thing happen to our's.
Stealership wanted to charge my wife like $75 to replace a $40.00 part and took me all of 5 minutes.
