I almost got stuck.

Earlier today I was just minding my own business going thorugh a mud pit and saw a mud puddle at the bottom of a tiny hill. I decided to go through the puddle and up this hill. Right after the point of no return, I felt the ruts hidden by the water. I realized I was crossing them and not in line with them. I couldn't go up the hill because both
tires were in a soupy mess in water logged mud and going up without a real locker was not going to work. I had to drop it in to low and rock back and forth to it out of there. In the process the Jeep got a mud shower. It's going to suck getting all the mud out of the window tracks.

That's have the fun of Jeepin, getting all muddy. I can't wait for the snow to melt here so I can get dirty.

How much air did you have in the tires? 33 pounds? I'm not positive but often when I get stuck I find letting some air out of the tires increases my tire's "footprint". Also those tires aren't the best for slick mud. You'd need something with more aggressive tread.

You were smart to "rock it" to get out of that spot. Too many people lose it and try to blast out of a mess like that.

What's with that CB antenna? I've never seen one mounted up front. You must get good reception but I'm surprised you haven't ripped it off yet.

The tire pressure is what ever Jeep recommends. The antenna has a spring otherwise it probably would be ripped off. Those tires will probably be switched with Maxxis Big Horn tires in a few days. These Toyo A/T's aren't agressive enough; however, they are excellent everywhere but the mud.

Mud is fun isn't it? I recently almost got stuck myself in the middle of a field of mud and 2 ft of ice water. Probably the worst place to be stuck since getting out isn't an option. I went through there before but this time I was literally breaking ice which was slowing me down and i got stuck in a mud pit. Luckily i was able to rock it out in 4 lo. Oh, and i don't have mud tires either.:D
