All the reviews I've read have said that the manual transmission makes much better use of the engine than the automatics. As far as NYC goes--I don't ever plan to drive there--I'll take the train instead xD One of my friends says it's 'stumpy' looking so she's taken to calling it that, strange though it is =P Oh, and Dave: The snow pics were from last year--the only snow we've had this season has already melted =[

Jeep looks good -- I wish I could have gotten a manual.

also - the tire cover as a warning to tailgaters - presumes that they can or will read, I'm not sure that assumption is warranted.

as to your thread title - I've always assumed 'Jeep' was a name, however in a multiple Jeep household - you might have to add 'my'.

Yea, mine has never really gotten a nickname. I just call it my Jeep.. Others are green Jeep and Hemi.. Cherokee is just 'brothers Jeep.'

Put a Pioneer in. As for the tire cover, it's plastic on the back and leather around the actual tire. I ordered it from a website where you can customize them with words and pictures--I'll have to see if I can find the link again.
