I have have this problem today

I can' t insert the video. the gear is stopping by itself 3s or 6s and start again. You hear like click-click when it happens. When the gear has stopped, the belt is still running on it. What is the problem ?

That's your ac compressor, cycling as you described is normal.

Looks like the viscous heater, on startup it is used to speed up the warmup time and give you cabin heat. It should stop running when the engine is up to running temperature.
