Trying to find out if 22" on the front - center of front hub to bottom of front flare is too much or will the components be OK. I'm trying to figure out where I want the truck to sit so I can decide how to proceed with springs and shocks. Thanks for any help.

Search a bit on here, but I think you don't run into trouble until 23.5 - 24. and by trouble I mean CV joints on the front. Mine sits at 22 with boilers plates and OME 927s.

24s too much
you will be real safe staying in the 22.5 to 22.75 inch range
going over 23.25/23.50 is when you start having problems
Mines been at 23 plus for a long time, had it higher but had some strange noises

I'm at 22.5" right now 15'000KM on the lift and no problems. I replaced my CV's when I did the lift as they where shook.

Were the CV's shot because of the lift or because of heavy offroad use or both?
Just wondering what I have in store. I want mine at 22". It will look great with the rear at its' present position.
