Issue with rear passenger side door

So I took my dogs out for a ride this weekend and when my wife tried to open the rear passenger side door to get them out it wouldn't open. I used the inside unlock button and I used the key fob as well. Nothing would get the lock to go up. I even tried pulling it up by hand and it wouldn't budge. So this morning I had the idea to try and pull up on the lock as I tried to unlock the doors. It came up. Then when I went to lock the doors, that door made a funny noise. Kind of like a dying motor. I think I have figured out that it is the door lock motor. So what I am curious of is, how easy is this going to be to fix?

I also have the same problem, and my rear window glass only pops up with the key fob. I am not really 10o% what the problem is, but I think its a wiring harness. here is one I found on ebay.

I have the same problem with the rear glass as well, but have learned to live with that one.
