Mine started sagging with a 265/75R16 MT/R on a 16x7 steel rim after about 4 months,89lbs total weight of that combo.The OEM spare tire carrier is only rated for 50lbs max load,which the OEM alloy rim and SRA is about 44lbs.

When you say sagging do you mean the bracket that mounts to the door or the door itself?

Yep the 2 hinges on the drivers side.
