JBA 69000 bushings installation problems

hi guys
just want to ask, anybody had issue with installation?
I did one side yesterday, was very hard to insert the arm to its pockets!
and because the pressure on the bushings its very hard to play with the arm for bolt insert job
its should be like this? its should be under pressure?
what am i doing wrong

Update:
my mechanic press the new bushings wrong !there is 2 sizes of the bushings
The thin should be inside and the thick outside !if you don't follow this instruction the arm is under pressure and its very hard to push it into the pockets!
Sorry for blaming JBA bushings

I changed it by myself and installed it again ,everything is good now.

Interesting. Did they just fall into the pockets after the bushing swap?
