That depends on you if the 400 is too much, no one else can answer that
The extended are available, just call Marlin at JBA

No. Any shop can do it with ease if you bring them the parts. A fairly local STS did mine for $100 for both.

Local shop that I used charged I think 30-35 since we also used them for the alignments most times as well
