Far from a done deal...

Another vapor-vehicle it seems? Until Marchionne decides this beast has a completely different vertical market that doesn't cannibalize RAM sales, and I do my first test drive at the stealership - I'll believe it.

No deal until then...

Jeep pickup hype was just that; real thing is undecided

Report: Rumored Jeep pickup far from a done deal

Why not start a movement to stop buying new Jeeps until this thing is available? This would be the only next Jeep I'd want anyways. Just my 0.02

I love the way the front looks. The back, not so much, it kinda ruins it for me. Not sure how big the bed is, but they should consider making a single cab without the rear seats, to allow for more bed room, which is what alot of small truck buyers are looking for, not extra seating. With that being said, I would love to own one! I wonder if they are going to put some weight on the rear to help with its 4x4 capabilities.

The only thing I have to say is........GET THE HELL AWAY FROM THE WRANGLER CRAP! Do something new and off the wall. Stop putting the Wrangler into everything!

But it does look good.

The Wrangler is what the entire company was built around, it rightfully has precedent over the other vehicles.

I agree with the full size platform ... for my needs that would be perfect, but probably not right for the rest of the market.

What an excellent concept. I sincerely hope they pursue this, as long as, (as previously mentioned) it has the capabilities of a Jeep and design for the purpose of towing, treking, and a nice sized box; not for the soccer mom market: that's why the MK49 exists. :)
