Jeep problems

Hello Jeep community, I have an 03 Jeep liberty sport 3.7 4x4 and I’ve replaced everything I can think of, and still can’t figure out why my vehicle doesn’t overheat, and the cooling fan isn’t running, I think I keep popping cooling modules , now I think I’m going to have to hard wire the fan on, does anyone have any suggestions?

The Electrical cooling fan should run anytime when a/c positions selected..

Most OBD2 scan gauges can read current temps accurately.

(see 219 Fahrenheit water temp)
I'm trying to remember what temp the fan turns on at.
Do you have a 3 wire connector to the electrical fan, indicating a 2 speed fan?

Are you talking about the radiator fan or the HVAC?

Your post makes no sense to me. And I am on my 5th Jeep, so I have experience in this matter..

It don’t make no sense to me either, how can the cooling fan (not) turn on and the engine not over heat, it probably would if I left it running long enough, but I’m trying not to overheat the engine.
What I’m wondering is, why won’t the fan engage? I found out yesterday that if I turn on the A/C the fan will turn on. I’ve replaced everything and I just want the fan to operate normally. Am I missing something?

depending on your jeep - you may have a fan clutch - directly driven by the water pump and serpentine belt?

show us a pic of what fan you are describing.

That suggests the fault is with the temp. sender unit - or its wiring.

depending on your jeep - you may have a fan clutch - directly driven by the water pump and serpentine belt?

show us a pic of what fan you are describing.

If there is a mech fan as well, that might explain why it doesn't overheat, even though the e-fan only kicks in with the a/c.
