- 18,*** Ball joint recall performed
- 60,000 Front windshield cracked - replaced
- 61,117 battery died altogether - replaced

'02 Limited w/ 114,780 miles (owned since approx 45K miles)

All maintenance & repairs performed by me. I don't know the mileage of all the repairs, but here's the list:

-re-solder tail glass defrost leads (performed by dealer that we purchased from before signing papers)
-blower motor resistor
-speed sensor wires (above rear diff)
-new trans pan (rusted out, pin hole leak) & replaced filter
-fixed cracked hose in PCV system

That was the complete list up until until about 3 weeks ago, then my wife broke the intermediate/CV shaft spline so:

-new cv shaft
-new intermediate shaft
-new oil pan (rusted out, pin hole leak) & gasket
-new (lower mileage salvage) front axle assembly (not a required repair but I figured I might as well)
-new lower control arms LH & RH with all new bushings
-new lower ball joints
-new cam bolts
-new drivers side front wheel bearing
-new rear brake pads & spring kit

There may have been a few other minor hiccups along the way, but nothing notable. Currently though, I'm trying to track down an intermittent A/C issue.

2002 Renegade, 132,000 miles. Bought with 87k.

Serpentine belt
Spark plugs
Master cylinder
Thermostat
Rotors
Head unit replacement

And...coming soon...randomly changing AC temperature repair-.-

Muffler was replaced because I wanted it louder =P
Fog light was replaced after I punched it out sinking the front end of the KJ in a pond I didn't know was under me.
Tires were replaced out of necessity.
Upper control arm replaced due to recall.
Bumper, fender, driver's side wheel flare, grille, and headlight replaced after the KJ took a guardrail to the nose in February of '08 =[

Come to think of it, I've done a lot more to this thing than I thought I had...but still, I've had it almost 3 years and it DOES have a lot of miles on it...xD

06 ren, bought in 09. 54k miles replaced the cat converters about 6 months ago, and now i'm looking at both new front hub/bearing assemblies and upper control arms (cuz the stock ones don't have removeable ball joints) Those bearing and joint issues started before my lift, i just always assumed the noise was from the crappy tires. Had the RH rear door window regulator break... now the window is held closed with 2 screws and a block of wood while I take care of things that are more important to me.

fuel filter and gas cap
brake rotors only because they were warped
brake pads because i changed the rotors
spark plugs because i went with iridium plugs

pretty much nothing serious, just the normal stuff. only had it since 112k though.

03 renny 75k, bought new in 03. only thing that has ever gone wrong is a battery and an early jba upper control arm failure at 45 mph, obviously not chryslers fault. other than misc. maint. this thing has been the best vehicle i've ever owned.

I called Chuck to see if he could spare a roundhouse kick, unfortunately he was attending to a prior engagement. So I punched my Hazard switch to get my left turn signals to work again. Looks like I may need a new switch assembly.
