Liberty 3.7 rough running

Bluedriver DOES not support my 05 Liberty 3.7, what OBD scanners will support misfire data for this vehicle? What else can I do, will a voltage or current test on the coils tell me anything? Please help. Thank you.

How many miles are on the spark plugs?

Reason I ask is if it's like mine it could have started running rich and sooted the cat up and has to much back pressure.

Could be a fuel injector.

I own a 2004 Liberty 4x4 3.7, was running kinda rough, I started with taking trottle body off and cleaned all black carbon,2nd spark plugs,3rd MAP sensor(caution ordering from Amazon) 4th, vacuum leaks!By the way, my 04 did not have a fuel filter! Yours might!
