Would something like this clear my 31x10.50 tire?

For that size tire you need at least 2.5-3 inches of lift
BUT not knowing what wheels, if 15 or 16 etc hard to give you a solid answer
Some 31s are more like 30 inches really since they are 30 point 4 or 5 or so tall
Plus if you stick with a wheel that works then easier, stick with 7 inch wide with 4 inches of backspacing or 8 inch wide with 5 inches of backspacing
You will need to pound over the pinch weld at the very least to clear
Here is my 03 with 2.5 inches of lift and 265-70-16s on 8 inch wide Moabs with 5 inches of backspacing, which are 30.6 inches tall , 31-10.50-15s are generally in the 30.4-30.5 area

Well the rim are 15 x 8 with a 3.75 back space. Im guessing thats not ideal then :(. Tires are pro comp ats sport so they dont have the huge knobs (will that help). Im so new to all of this i just jope i didnt mess up to bad.

Can you sell the wheels?
IF they were 7 inch wide it would not be ideal but could get by, 8 inch wide and 3.75 backspacing is going to cause all sorts of issues ( considering 5 inches of backspacing is pushing it with 8 inch wide wheels
Its going to rub front and rear part on the front
will need to run a lot of bumpstop in the rear to try and keep the flares intact , won't have much flex at all in the rear
Even with 5 inches of backspacing in front you have to do some creative work in the wheelwells .
Sell them wheels to a TJ or XJ owner quick!

Look at backspacing to offset chart.
8" width and 3.75" is -17mm. Stock is close to 40mm. Wheel will stick out more than 2". No good. Try to stay with positive offset, avoid 0 and negative offset.
