Andy, one of two things to check.

A: double check that your nuts retaining the shock mounts to the shocks on the top are secure
B: check your LCA bushings (where the clevis goes) for play
C: check to see that your upper control arms are not contacting the spring

BTW...you should rock out to one of our meet 'n' greets or wheelin fests since you're in Bellefontaine...Ohio guys abound

Thanks, will do.

UCA's on the short list for upgrade, at least until the economy went south and all our jobs went to heck.

why 255/65's?
why spend the money on the UCA's ,you dont really need them with this suspension
the handling is great ,not to stiff or harsh and not to soft
the OEM suspension is fine for the first few thousand miles but goes down hill fast

I guess I got sucked in by his advertising, but since I'll be stripping it all down and they will wear out I might as well replace them. Then I have the option of just ball joint replacement instead of the whole arm in the future. Although with the greasable joints, I'll probably never wear them out.

I wanted a wider tyre, but don't want to alter the gearing or speedo and 255/65's are almost identical to stock diameter.

I have the wheel spacers up front and before I got them I rubbed on the swaybar at full lock. Now it barely rubs on the plastic over the pinch weld at full lock. Once I pound it down I will be able to clear 32's (235/85R16) just fine. Probably without the spacer. Unless I put a bumper or a winch on, then I don't know.

I was thinking of going with Daystar but what you have sounds better. How much do you think you have in your lift. I am seeing daystar for about $155 plus the cost of rear shocks.
