light scratches

i have some light scratches on my drivers side window that happened when i was getting ice off of my car. is there any way i can get these to be atleast less noticeable without replacing the window?

If you used a metal spatula then it's probably not really a scratch. I've done this to my windshield and it went away after I put on some Rain-X. If not you can possibly try a windshield ding and/or crack repair kit. Both are available at any department store that sells auto stuff.

Can you catch the scratch with your finger nail?

You can get glass polishing kits but they wont remove deep scratches in glass. Mostly just wiper marks and things.

For light scratches I like to use Scratch-X and some elbow grease.

you can feel it but it wont catch your nail.
