There is no way I can see or expect 100,000.00 miles out of our Frankenlift.
Time for OME 790's up front and some four inch lift coils for the rear.
Other than JBA or All J, who makes custom coil springs in the U.S.?
Tom?
Troy?

As it sits right now if I hit a medium size bump/undulation off road at lets say 8-12 mph, it nails the front bumpstops. Originally I wasn't going to install extended front bumpstops as I was informed by the supplier that they were not needed.
Ya maybe with fresh, tight, and new shocks and springs. But now that the coils have been really really used over the last two plus years, it's time to upgrade.

No SFA swap in the near future. Going to do it right like the route Troy went.
Amass all the parts, bits and pieces and do it once and do it right the first time!
So that will take a few years (2-3) to buy all the good shit.

In the meantime Jen want's me to get our Rig back up to the 4.25-4.5 inches of lift we had when the suspension was new. That way we can go up to 32" tires and continue to enjoy our Rig off road and and on road trips.

Any suggestions folks?
Companies that wind coils?

Why not do the Fox coil over like I suggested a while
back?
I will happily work on the mounts for the conversion
but I would need some one to get me a factory
Assembly including upper mount ,shock and spring
The lower will be the hardest part but can be done

The rear would be much harder than the front
