Manistee & Hiawatha NF trip [PHOTOS]

Just got back from a 5-day trip to run some of the trails in Michigan. We spent one day running around some of the forest service roads in Manistee and another three days in the UP and Hiawatha NF. Michigan sure has some nice (off)roads!

Thanks! He swooped across the trail about 30 yards in front of us. I told Jan to look up in the trees to spot it. Took a bunch of shots as we approached really slowly so as not to ***** him.

No, we didn't get a chance to. Grand Marais was just a quick drive through for us.
