Missing transmission bolts (??)

Hello, i was under my kj 2006 CRD AUTOMATIC and i noticed 2 bolts between the engine and the transmission missing.

I just want to confirm that they're supposed to be there. Also what size of bolts is it?

I'm away for work at the moment but I'll have a look at mine when I get home in a week, I've got some welding to do on it so I'll be under it anyway.
