Mounted spare question

I'm sure this question has been answered already somewhere, but using the search function dod me no better than the last 1/2 hour flipping thru threads.p:

Can a 245/75-R16 spare fit on the rear door mount? Will the rear window clear it without issue?

If not, is there a solution?

yeah it will fit and clear
I had to space it out with some washers to clear the bumper
about 3/4"

Yep it will. I did use a 1.25 spider wheel spacer on my spare but only for giving me more space to keep it cleaned and waxed. Now I have one spacer left over Ill have to post in the for sale forum.

Mounted a 245/75 R16 Destination on my '05 Rennie yesterday. Perfect fit w/out spacers, clears window and looks excellent. Kinda heavy though - lol.
