Good day,

Yesterday my wife and I bought two RCA MP3 players from Simpson Sears.
both were on sale at a price we couldn't refuse.
1. 128mb regular price $79.99 on sale for $6.00 $5.40 USD !
2. 256mb regular price $99.99 on sale for $10.00 $9.00 USD !

Now I am wondering if I can hook 'em up to the stock stereo system?

(Cheers)

They are not worth it, in my opinion.
$10 for 256 MB?

You can probably get 1GB player for like $30-$40 nowadays, I just saw 2GB Sony gone for $60.

As for hooking them up, what kind of radio do you have? If it is not the RBQ (6CD Changer) you have option to buy aux in adapter and hook them up, but it will cost you arm and a leg... (if I remember correctly)

Mine cost $60 from Crutchfield (as a Christmas present).

yeah, those prices are hard to beat, tho the adapter needed will cost much more. you can go via the fm transmitter route. I've tried it, worked outside of NYC, but within the city, it was useless.

Thanks everyone, Here I was thinking I would have to crack open the factory
radio and start adding wires and what not to it to get it to work!
I'll go out today and see where I can find one locally. If not, I will mail order one from Crutchfield.

Cheers

Its cheaper in the long run just to buy a new head unit. For 100 bucks your can buy a new head units/wire harness/etc and have yourself a little loud system. If you never plan on upgrading or love your factory setup than disregard my previous statement.

I put it on my signature.
When you check out put that code. It will give you $20 off, and will give me $20 credit for future $200 purchase. :)
