I have always repaired my cars myself and I like to search and find.
Garages are expensive and often do not find complex breakdowns.
Or they change unnecessary parts...

True, however paying for 10 minutes use of the diagnostic machine is cheaper than 1500 euros to buy one.

What did you get? A mercedes 2.7 one or the later Wrangler one?
You need the earlier kit like this

Hello,
Happy new year.
Here is some news...
Belt timing ok, ecu changed with key and skim.
Now that everything is good, I have a red led on and the kj does not start.
Just a code P1685.
Any idée

The red light to the lower left shows that Security System is immobilizing the vehicle.

Yes, the ECU isn't happy with the SKIM so it's not letting it start. P1685 is an invalid key or issue with the SKIM.
You seem to have cleared the other faults now but the SKIM needs reprogramming, an auto locksmith should be able to do something with it, or the ECU repair companies can reset the ECU removing the immobiliser codes, just don't plug the SKIM into a cleared unit or it will relearn it!
