I picked up this little darling in San Diego a couple weeks ago with 78k on the odo. Already ordered a 2.5 lift, black MB TKO wheels, and BF T/A K02 tires. Hope to post "after" shot soon!
Funny shade of green if you ask me....At least its the right color...
I'm expecting my 2.5 Rancho lift kit with new springs and shocks/struts to come in tomorrow... 4 Wheels Unlimited in Pomona going to strap it all in for me early next week (not soon enough for me!). My 16" MB wheels and 31" BF Goodrich KO2's are already waiting for me at the tire shop, once the the lift is in. That brings me up to my wife-enforced budget limit... for now. I love that ARB Bull bar, but pretty spendy... if anyone body thrashes their Liberty and wants to sell theirs, let me know!
Kit comes with Rancho shocks, so I jumped/conclusion. Thanks for the heads up, I'll check into that. What's the issue with Skyjacker/Rusty's? I knew there was a good reason to join this forum! A re-gear is on the priority list. I destroyed the ****** on my last 4X4 by neglecting that. Though in all fairness it was a long time ago, and I pretty much destroyed everything on that one.
Well then turns out I messed up. I got a Skyjacker setup. I'll use them till they give way, and replace them with EMU when i need to. Thanks for the input, I really appreciate it. Regret we didn't talk earlier. I'll post a new pict once it's all in place!
Dust works.Made some progress: 2.5 inch Rancho lift, 16" MB alloys w/BFG KO2 tires. Took it out and got it at least a little dirty tis weekend. Do you know how hard it is to find mud in Southern California right now?1?
Prof is right - dust will have to do!
2.5 lift, 31" TA tires and MB wheels. Really enjoying exploring local trails!
