Swapped my headlights over from the old one. They are GE NightHawks. Not like they are expensive but they were only 6months old and i like them. Stopped at Menards and got some spray paint some high temp engine paint and some multi use for her under body. Always found it easier to paint as im doing a project. Helps slow me down to think.

Ya -rust reforming the under carriage..I hear that.
It's a yearly task for me. This winter wasn't bad, but still had to deal with salt.
When my Jeep was like new, I am so glad I got it properly undercoated.

Wow yours looks amazing. Worth every penny.
My ol kj was immaculate underneath not a single spot. My new one has a couple spots where it looks like they had a nerf bar installed. A couple spots on the inside of the doors but it has just started on those spots. I was never a fan of under coating cause i never got one new enough. I just go under there with some paint simple green and a wire brush. Like you said its a yearly affair.

My XJ looks like it had Zeibart rustproofing and the undercarriage was shot. Needed the floors and frame rails redone. The rocker panels had Zeibart injections too...but they're spotless rust wise other than where they drilled and plugged.
Pics of the exhaust as promised. I used engine enamel i think it looks amazing. Some folks might think why. Well because there is nothing else that is chrome or shiny on this jeep. The under carriage is going to be a similar color to the rims. I got rusto dark steel metallic in the febreeze style can and it is looking amazing and has a great spray pattern. So silver black and gunmetal is the color scheme and i think the tips just stood out. Who am i explaining this to i like it if you dont thats nice.

Finally figured out how to get custom wallpapers onto my HU. Also stopped off at the shed aquarium yesterday morning and took a few pics on the way to work.

Man that thing is super clean!
About two days driving i can really tell how bad these ball joints are. I need to order new ones. Looked into removing the uca off my ol blue but the drivers side was near impossible to get to the bolts. The new silver beauty doesnt have the hd cooling and all the uca bolts are visible with minimal parts removal. On a side note what needs to be tighted down during the lift process with the weight of the vehicle on it? I only disconnected the upper ball joint in the front. The rear i didnt disconnect anything.

Upper ball joint? Fork upper or lower mount? Strut nuts under the hood?
Fork lower, UCA bolts, anything sway bar related
Broke the bolts loose under the hood. Jacked her up removed the tires. Couple hits with the bfh and the ball joint came loose. Finished removing bolts under the hood. Test fit new uca. Painted new uca and installed. Tightened everything up with it on the ground. Right around 3 hours drivers side rear bolt was the hardest one.

Did my spark plugs brakes installed my sub and found a neat place to mount my knife also got some touch up paint started trying it out on the passenger rear fender flare.
