Need help outer cv joint

[NCC-1864]

Hi
I need to replace my JBA outer cv boot.
seem there is no snap ring to reparate the joint from the axle
like the normal chrysler cv joint.
Is it press fit in place?
Any hints to how to separate them and reinstall a new CV boot?

it seem there is'nt alot of people who has encounter my problem.
has for is it worth the money, can't really tell now, had these axles
just for a week now.

As far as boot replacement goes, check with the various auto parts shops.
You should be able to rent a tool which stretches a new "Stretch" CV boot
over the CV joint itself and then you just need to fasten it into place with a
new stainless steel CV clamp/tie.

update
I find out that I just need to pound the cv housing with a hammer and the joint would
separate instantly.
that exactly what I did and it works...
As for stretch boot , did find any around my place.
