Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and wondered if anybody knows where I can get my 2006 Liberty lifted in Northern Ill. I live in Grayslake, Il. I had 2 wranglers before and you can find anything for them but I'm puzzled with the Liberty as I see a lot of them on the road so you would think that there would be a good after market for parts but I can't seem to find them. Any help would be appreciated. I don't have the tools to do it myself but I don't have a lot of money either so I need someone who would be reasonable. Thanks, Art

Welcome to the forum! yes there are a ton of kj's/kk's out there but not too much in the aftermarket department. I would say that most buy this as a commuter but as WE all know they are very capable off road! Those two vendors that twowings posted are the more popular and most supportive to this platform, but there are a few others out there. Or you can piece together components from other retailers who sell OME for instance. You would just have to search a little. One other vendor who caters to the CRD's but can get you some OME suspension is click link----> https://shop.sasquatchparts.com/
He doesn't show it on his website but he can get them for you, just contact him.
Anyway, again welcome!

Bert

While there is not the aftermarket support of the TJ and JK Wranglers there are still quite a number of products available, just depends on what you want. If you want easy builds then any Wrangler with their belly button designs are better but I wouldn't own one ( I'd lose mine at the mall :happy175:)
What kind of parts are you looking for anyways?
Bumpers?
Lifts?
Wheels/Tires?
Tell us more and maybe we can help some

Not only the parts, he's also looking for someone to do the install.
What's your overall budget, what do you consider "don't have a lot of money"?
I'm about 30 minutes from you, closer to the Crystal Lake area (no, not that one). I don't know of anybody up by you, but I have seen a shop in St. Charles advertising on craigslist that lifts/tricks out Wranglers. Our Liberty is a different mindset from a Wrangler, but anybody worth their salt should be able to lift a Liberty correctly when using the right stuff.
