I've recently built plans for a front hitch for either recovery purposes, trailer movement (drove a 32 foot trailer with 2 tipouts into a spot with 6 inches on each side) and it also firms up the front unibody. I'd need 10 people at least that would purchase these to justify getting the steel. How many would be interested. Thanks in advance.

got any pics/plans that you'd care to share? I might think about it, if the price is reasonable.

Have you built one and tested it out? I wouldn't mind looking into it but I'm not ready to drop a guarantee on purchase. I would think that you should build a pilot one first and see how it works out. Also, remember that the bumpers changed so the criteria on dimensions may be different between 02-04 and 05+.

i cant figure out how to post my cad stuff. its basically the drawtite/reese style. i will not be adding "hoops" like i believe the reese has. i'm going to order some steel at the end of the month, if you all recall im still in a cast and cant weld worth crap. i;ll post the dimensions in the next week. molado, i believe just the bumper plastic changed so with any front hitch you may have to do some trimming slash fandangling.
