New rims and tires

I never said "It doesn't change anything" but I did not get it welded by a kid down the street etc. This was welded by a buddy of mine at a performance and auto body shop.. He said "This will be stronger then stock in those sections" but I'm done posting on this matter...

By the looks of it, I dont think he would have to trim anything structural. He may be able to just trim up the flares and maybe the plastic liners? Can you post some full side shots of the vehicle so we can see the reworked flares in their entirety? I believe that having proper suspension travel doesn't always mean having a lift, just enough clearance to do what you want it to do.
