i am looking at getting new tires this month and i want some opinions on which size is better. My stock size is 225/75/16 and i was think about either 235/75/16 or 245/70/16 for firestone destination a/t. Which size would be better to get without a lift?

If your not going to lift later on, get the 235/75...no rubbing.

The Destination AT is a great tire from what I've heard...

I have 245/70R16's on a stock, un-lifted KJ and they fit without any rubbing.

so far they've been nice, a little noisy for an AT but it's tolerable...Wild Country Radial XTX Sport, but the tread is very similar to the Hankook Dynapro AT

I literally JUST left the tire place with 245/70/16s and thus far driving around town havent had any rubbing on my unlifted KJ. Im gonna run these until later on when Im not poor and can afford better tires/wheels and a lift. For the time being, for the price, these will do much better than BALD street tires. Good luck!
