New to those be easy

I recently bought a 02 liberty with 40k original miles and it s a limited edition . Besides the point... I'm looking to do a lift and get about 2 1/2 inches and I'm basically looking for the best lift I can get with minimal sag but not going broke if that's possible, any suggestions help I'm incredibly new to lifting anything.. Thanks in advance!! Also any DIYs on installing ?

OK I'll be easy since you are new, but reading other lift posts does work as well :whip:
but heres the answer from another post just today
follow it and you'll have a great lift which will last a long time
front
OME 927s
either OME or Bilstein front shocks
teraflex bumpstops
1/4 inch top plate from JeepinByAl
3/8 inch clevis lift
rear
OME 948s
again either OME 132Ls or bilstein rear shocks
2 hockey pucks per side for bumpstops
2 upper isolators
when all is said and done and settled in you'll be at 22.5 inches
stock is 19 inches in front

and No Rustys/RRO/ Spacers on anything over 30,000 miles etc is not a good way to go:shrug::happy175:

Literal. I have 3 glued on each side in the back.

yes two hockey pucks per side, drill a hole through them in the center then a hole through the lower spring pad, bolt them in and be done! Oh install after you have the spring in place, hole drilled first of course
Wait till you hear what we use to get both sides the same on a clevis lift:happy175:

Oh boy haha, alright I'll start looking into parts and hopefully get some things ordered within a day or two, what size tire will be manageable on this lift, I'm going to be running soft 8s more than likely

With 2.5" of lift, a 245-75-16" (31") tire works well.
If you were to add Clevis lift and a top plate as well and did some trimming and reshaping of the inner fender well liner then you can go up to a 265-75-16 (32") tires.

But then you should seriously consider regearing to 4:10s to make up for taller tires...

Usually just for 32 inch tall tires as they will zap the engines torque.
However, if you do quite a bit of off roading, 4:10's help allot on 31" tall tires
as well as they also decrease the torque and make your engine work harder.
