it's about 3 hours, same as from Chicago. Very manageable for a day trip.

As for being stock, you'll be fine but I highly recommend engine and transmission skids which you may or may not have already. You can get a full set (engine, ******, transfer case and gas tank) at jparts.com for about $205 shipped, which is a bargain.

In late october, we had 4 stock rennys and no damage. Everone had skids of some sort though, but a few had stock tires and had few problems.

I've got to go some time... I wish I had gone, as I just ended up with a big headache the next day and too much on the credit card... #-o
