Thanks
I have only owned it for about a year now, and it has about 56k on it, as far as I can tell, the struts/shocks haven't been replaced but they aren't worn out. You say they sit level off the lot, but they don't seem to from my experience, although my experience with these liberties is low. My friend though, bought a new 07 in early 08, and it didn't sit level and the other ones running around here don't either. So basically I figured they just come that way. So my idea was to order the .75" spacer to fix the problem, and to run a little bit more tire.
If you have 56K and the struts have not been replaced then they need to be
I promise you that they are bad you just have not rode in one with good struts
even brand new the OE suspension is not so great compared to a KJ with all OME ,trust me proper springs and struts/shocks goes a very long way and 1 can not hide the other
Rustys springs suck and even with OME struts a KJ with Rustys springs will still not ride as good as one with OME springs and even Rancho struts
The thing is now it comes down to paying for labor
do you do it once or twice ,even if you do it do you do it once or twice?
replace the bad struts ,labor the first time
6 months to a year from now you want to lift it
pay again for the same job
then again one could argue that the springs are probably bad any way so they need replacing also
just as well do it all at once any way
