Oil Leak

We have a 2009 Liberty Limited 80K miles

Have an oil leak, appears to leaking onto the oil filter.
The oil filter itself is snug, not leaking.
Thoughts, valve cover gasket, seal, oil sending unit.

Suggestions, personal experience would be appreciated.

Check the oil sending unit first.

9 out of 10 times its the sending unit
Get a Mopar one, pretty simple to replace
Unusual for valve cover or anything else to be leaking in that area
