My second o2 sensor is a Bosch sensor, which I do believe is not oem would that be the reason for the 432 code because it's the bank 2 catalytic converter and usually the code means that the oxygenevels before the cat are the same after the cat and that code is on the same side as my new o2 sensor

yup change it to ngk

Lose the CAI and replace the junk Bosch O2 sensor with NTK or Denso.

My 02 jeep liberty sport has been a complete money pit since I bought it 2 years ago. Just put 800 into it this week and I still keep running into problems. Had the cel light on and code read speedo 0500 or something like that. My mechanic said it was a speed sensor, and it turned out to be the speed sensor on the rear differential. As I drove away from the shop, the cel light came back on. went back to mechanic, and now there was a new code for an 02 sensor. Replaced the 02 sensor. 110 miles later the cel came back on again? Now it reads another code, P0432 bank 2, I don't know if it is the same code as the first one that he just fixed, or if it's another one. I am at my wits end with this jeep!!!

As mentioned previously in this thread, must use the right brand O2 sensor. Did you or your mechanic use a Mopar or NTK O2 sensor. If not I'd try that first.
